The Vedic Lifecare Hospital, Lagos, says it treated 20 #ENDSARS protesters that were injured during the Tuesday, October 20 shooting at Lekki Toll Gate in Lagos.
“Then, the protesters brought in four other persons that night. They were gunshot survivors and we were able to attend to them.“Two of them had severe cases; one of them had a perforated wound from the bullet. The bullet perforated and exited from another end of the body,” he said. “Though we were meant to ensure that the Police have their details, there was no Police station around and we had to save their lives first and we know they were from the toll gate.
The source added that the hospital had to treat the injured persons because of the need to save their lives.
This lekki massacre was exacerbated by fake news. Perhaps, even exaggerated.
