A total of 185 people have died of Lassa fever with 951 cases confirmed in the country since the beginning of the year 2020.
It noted that the number of new cases confirmed decreased from 28 cases in week 12 to 19 cases in the reporting week. It added that one new death from Lassa fever was reported in week 13 while the predominant age-group affected was 21-30 years.
Lassa is destroying lives but no body is talking about it because it has not affected the people at the top. God dey.
This Lassa fever killing people more than coronavirus but only one has gone viral.
We wont see people donate money towards that because all the big men dont have rodents in their houses. And we rarely talk about it again because the disease is not Tokunbo like COVID-19. Nigeria and anything foreign are like 5 & 6. God help us

Coz na poor people de die of Lassa fever the government refused to take any concrete measures to stop the spreading. Majority of people get infected from eating contaminated food stuff sold in d market and out government eat good food sold in supermarkets.
