Men of the Ogun State Police Command have arrested a 78-year-old man, Moshood Habibu, for hacking his 94-year-old brother, Salisu Surakatu, to death over alleged failure to share proceeds from sale of family land with him.
Oyeyemi said the suspect was arrested on Wednesday after the son of the victim, Aminu Tajudeen, reported the incident at the Mowe Divisional headquarters of the command. Oyeyemi said the Divisional Police Officer, Mowe, CSP Saminu Akintunde, quickly mobilised detectives to the scene where the suspect was promptly arrested.
