Kano Pillars, Safety Babes set to defend lead as second phase kicks off Oct 23 | The Guardian Nigeria News - Nigeria and World News ⚠️

The championship, which is the final phase of the premier league that began in Abuja in June, will hold in Lagos.

According to the fixtures released, yesterday, by the Handball Federation of Nigeria , Kano Pillars will play their first game against Kada Stars, while Niger United will square up against Police Machine, as Confluence Stars tackle Benue Buffaloes, Safety Shooters take on Owena Kings and Rima Strikers face D: Defenders in the male class.

Teams registered for the female category of the Prudent Energy Handball include, Safety Babes , Bendel Dynamos of Benin City, Benue Queens of Makurdi, Defender Babes and Imo Grasshoppers of Owerri.
