The event, which took place in Bichi, Emir’s Palace, was captured in a statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Abba Anwar. “And the programme is also aimed at saving our pregnant women and children. Pregnant women should bring themselves for this opportunity and bring forth their children,” the governor said.
