The Kaduna state government has file fresh terrosim charges against the leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria , Sheikh Ibraheem El-Zakzaky.
The state government said it will also appeal the recent ruling of the Kaduna state High Court which discharged and acquitted El-Zakzaky and his wife, Zeenat. Kaduna state Director of Public Prosecution Mr. Dari Bayero disclosed this in an interview with THISDAY on Saturday.Bayero said the case will be prosecuted by the Federal and Kaduna state governments.
He said El-Zakzaky who was discharged and acquitted by a Kaduna state High Court on charges of culpable homicide among others is being charged under the Terrorism Act 2013.Details shortly…
