Where are the resources to conducting such research?

How? Where are the equipment and funding?

Idiot

Just saying it for saying sake. Am sure he didn't meant it or they just wrote it for him without him knowing the meaning. Research is not cheap and is it the university you are funding that will conduct a research, most of them are glorify secondary school

Person wey no write WAEC dey challenge Higher institutions, hmmmm 🤦‍♂️

And how much have invested in the Nigeria's education sector that u task them for COVID19 vaccine

Na chalk and black board dem go take develop the covid-19 vaccine, abi na wit hungry belly or na wit laboratories wey rats dey do hide-n-seek? Countries wey dey do covid-19 vaccine get up-to-date facilities, modern equipments and adequate technologies not herdsmen n bandits.

Is it not with money one can conduct research, is he giving them enough to enable them to? We saw how much some countries + their well to do individuals gave for research alone, not to talk of vaccine manufacturing. How much have we given for either?

Lmao 😂

With their salaries I guess? In a country where there are no government backed research grants. Those babysitting you are really doing a bad job.
