COVID-19 Situation Room in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State, has decried intense hardship and sufferings government policies on the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic

Why is Wike not concerned about the black out in Rivers state? All other states are enjoying at least two to three hours of non power failure but River state is in total darkness. The painful part is the so call NEPA are still moving around with their useless lather
