The Lagos State Government says there is a need to domesticate a model for financing mortgage, while stating that it has handed over 14 housing estates to individuals with a promise to deliver additional two estates.
The governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, stated this at the second Real Estate Market Place Conference and Exhibitions held in Lagos.
