Heat oil in a non-stick pot for 2 minutes, add onion and garlic on medium heat and stir for 3 minutes, until soft but not caramelised.
Add the tomato paste and stir for 2 minutes then pour 3 cups of water, salt and seasoning cubes. Stir thoroughly and allow to boil. Slowly add the flour to the boil and whisk to get a firm paste. When mixed, turn the heat to low and cover for 10 minutes to steam. Stir frequently to avoid burning.Transfer to a plate and garnish with pepper.INGREDIENT
