Hijab: NSCIA tackles U.I. management

This is contained in a communiqué of the council’s expanded General Purpose Committee meeting held in Abuja, and signed by the its Head of Public Relations and Communication, Aselemi Ibrahim.The meeting, which was the seventh in its series, was chaired by the council’s President-General and Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar III.
