Suspected Fulani herdsmen on Friday shot and killed a livestock guard in Makurdi, the Benue State capital.
The incident, according to a source happened around 6:00pm at Mballah close to NASME barracks in Makurdi. According to Zaki, the armed men came in selected areas where they know that troops were not stationed. The Security Adviser to the governor, Lt. Col. Paul Hemba who confirmed the incident said that the livestock guards who were on patrol were ambushed.

Herdsmen friend. The Governor has special liking for herdsmen. He is always conclusive in associating them with crimes in his state. Don’t they have killers gangs as indigenes?
