The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari , has described as “meaningless”, economic statistics that don’t translate to more jobs for youths and better living standards.

This was contained in a statement issued by Osinbajo’s spokesman, Laolu Akande, titled, ‘We have to take timely actions, immediate steps to achieve national goals, says Buhari’. He noted that “the need for urgent action is even more pressing if we take account of the fact that we are now part of the African Continental Free Trade Area which calls for actions to position the economy to benefit from the opportunity that this regional integration grouping presents while at the same time protecting our industries and businesses from unfair competition.”

My lovely President kindly ask your ministers why growth figure is not reflecting on the table of the masses. Everyday we hear GDP growth and inflation going down yet food prices and others going up. What's the parameters used to get those figures.

Buhari didn't say this. I can bet.

It can not my president because some people are just giving birth like rabbits especially in the north. Someone needs to speak out

Lol... you dis man

Because there is no real growth. What you have is recovery from previous year lows due to oil price recovery. But unfortunately, you are fantasizing a non oil economic growth when indeed, oil is the only product we have to offer while insecurity has ruined all other sectors

Good morning, Sir. Seems you been sleeping 😴
