State Sector Commandant, Muhammad A.T disclosed this when he paid a courtesy call on the Emir of Ringim at his palace.
He said the FRSC established the Unit against the rising cases of frequent road accidents along Kano-Ringim-Gujungu Road. Muhammad said the development would also help in providing quick response to any emergencies and eventualities. According to him, “The Corps Marshal had approved the establishment and immediate take-up of Ringim Unit Command after meeting the basic requirements for the creation of the Unit.”The Emir of Ringim, Dr. Sayyadi Abubakar Muhamud also urged the deployed FRSC personnel to be fair in carrying out their duties accordingly.
