Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has said the Federal Government can do nothing significant in the economy without the partnership of the private sector

He said this at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, on Monday during a virtual interaction with representatives and business leaders from the OPS, including the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria, Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines, and Agriculture; Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association, Nigerian Association of Small-Scale Industrialists and the Nigerian Association of Small and Medium Enterprises.

The OPS delegation led by its Chairman, Taiwo Adeniyi, made a presentation on the progress of the implementation of the African Continental Free Trade Area agreement, with suggestions and proposals about its future. Senior Special Assistant to the Vice President on Media and Publicity, Laolu Akande, disclosed this in a statement titled, ‘We will continue improving business climate, Osinbajo assures Organised Private Sector in renewed engagement.’

Osinbajo was quoted as saying, “The private sector is the engine of growth, there is no way the Federal Government can do anything in the economy without the private sector.

SIMPLY: FG can do nothing w/o the church.

Yet, your NigeriaGov under your oga on top MBuhari seems determined to kill the same private sector through mumu policies. Has telecoms recovered from the SIM card sale suspension? Did rice importation ban trigger local production or didn't you kill both?

Professor Were Where Wear Are you still in UAR😂😂😂 Nigeria Lagos

Na this man I pity pass for Buhari government... A whole professor that is render incapacitated...

Osinbajo is under limitation/dictation already and can only translate from Hausa's admin to public so I can't blame him, I'm sure he will be regretting being Buhari's VP in one way or the other, he's also a hypocrite tho.

So, why do we have federal government? Let private sector take over everything then. Even the regulations from government are like a toothless dogs

Where is this one coming out from? FULANI JANJAWEED ERRAND BOY WEREY

Osibanjo is only good at snapping pictures.

Despite all the difficulties, Nigerians please be kind to animals, no be them vote for APC.
