The Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission and the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria have collaborated to upgrade the security system at the car park of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, following the recent reports security lapses at the facility.

A statement signed the Acting Head, Media and Publicity, ICRC, Manji Yarling, quoted the DG as saying that the assessment was carried out to provide solutions to the security challenges being faced by airport users at the car park. Ohiani, while addressing officials of the MMIA car park concessionaire , however disagreed with the company over its position that vehicles parked at the facility were “Parked at Owners Risk.”
