Italy head coach, Roberto Mancini, has urged Chelsea defender, Emerson Palmieri, to leave Stamford Bridge to join a club an Italian Serie A club.Palmieri has not been a regular starter at Chelsea since manager, Frank Lampard, took charge at Stamford Bridge.
