City have accepted to let him to as he had no intention to extend the contract expiring in June.Meanwhile, Jordi Osei-Tutu has joined Bundesliga side VfL Bochum in a permanent move from Arsenal.
Osei-Tutu was on loan at Rotherham United since January last season, where he scored in the EFL Trophy Final victory against Sutton United.Arsenal disclosed this in a statement via its website. The statement partly read, “Jordi Osei-Tutu has joined Bundesliga side VfL Bochum in a permanent move.”
