The Japanese Ambassador to Nigeria, Matsunaga Kazuyoshi, has described Nigerians resident in Japan as good ambassadors of the country.

The envoy gave the commendation in a statement signed Gabriel Odu, the Media, Public Relations and Protocol Unit of Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, and made available to the News Agency of Nigeria in Abuja.

The envoy commended the efforts of NiDCOM, saying that Nigerians in Japan are doing well and are good ambassadors of their country. Also, he said that it was to learn the structure of NiDCOM in order to look into the possibility of replicating same in their country to cater for about 1.4 million Japanese in the Diaspora.
