The Imo State Government has raised the alarm that some disgruntled politicians want to hijack the ongoing #EndSARS protests to unleash mayhem on the state.
The Imo State Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Declan Emelumba, said this in a statement titled, ‘‘Imo State govt raises alarm over plot by opposition to hijack EndSARS protests to destabilise the state’. “The opposition leader gave specific instructions to the thugs to hijack the #EndSARS peaceful protest and turn it into a violent one to create anarchy in the state.
