Inyang Ekwo of the Federal High Court, Abuja failed to produce exhibits he earlier claimed were available.
After Senator Sani’s defence Counsel addressed the Court for about five minutes, the presiding Judge thereafter ordered the prosecuting Counsel to turn in exhibits which was the reason for the Court adjourning. Meanwhile in an interview with Barrister Pelu Olajengbesi, Convener of Coalition of Public Interest Lawyers and Advocates, he regretted that the prosecutors were the ones delaying a case they rushed to Court for.
