The Chief Medical Director of Excel Victory Hospital and Maternity Home, Dr. Christian Osakwe, has been accused of raping his 15-year-old housemaid and paying N1m to cover up the alleged crime.A human rights activist, Mr Harrison Gwamishu, who disclosed this on Tuesday in Asaba, said Osakwe’s hospital was located at Umuaji quarters, Asaba, Delta State capital.“From our private investigation, we discovered he also sexually harassed his wife niece.
