A crack has appeared in Indigenous People of Biafra as Uche Mefor, deputy to the leader Nnamdi Kanu resigned his position.
He resigned following abolition of the position in the structure of command of the organisation by IPOB’s leader Kanu.Head of Directorate of State , China Edoziem, in a statement on Friday accused Mefor of “insubordination and disobedience” to constituted authorities in the organisation particularly to the leader of IPOB.
“The office of the deputy leader of the IPOB is abolished with immediate effect and ceases to be a part of the IPOB leadership structure. “Henceforth nobody should be referred to as the deputy leader of IPOB. Throughout the history of freedom fighting there is nothing like deputy leader.”
