The National Industrial Court, Ibadan Division, has nullified the withdrawal of Ogun State retired Heads of Service and Permanent Secretaries from the Nigeria Union of Pensioners.
According to the May 7, 2021 judgment, a certified true copy of which our correspondent obtained on Thursday, the Ogun retired HoS and Permanent Secretaries had sought to withdraw their membership from the NUP on the complaint that the trade union did not serve their interest well.
