Blessing IbungeA Chief Magistrate Court in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, has remanded the traditional ruler of Kono Boue in Khana, King Taalor Tornwe, in Port Harcourt Correctional Centre for alleged involvement in cultism activities.The 63 years old King Tornwe, is facing three-count-charge of conspiracy, harbouring, financial and material support to cultists.

The matter which was filed by the Rivers State Commissioner of Police, is registered in suit number PMC/91C/2022 before Chief Magistrate A.O. Amadi-Nna.The charge disclosed that the traditional ruler and others at large, allegedly committed the crime on or before June 5, 2021, at Kono Boue community in Khana Local Government Area of the state.
