A few weeks to the 17th All Nigeria Editors’ Conference, many corporate organisations and security agencies, including, Tony Elumelu Foundation, Central

Bank of Nigeria , Globacom, Air Peace, Zenith Bank Plc, Access Bank Plc, Department of State Security and others, have signified their support for it.

A statement signed by the Nigerian Guild Editors president, Mustapha Isah, and the general secretary, Iyobosa Uwugiaren, made available to LEADERSHIP yesterday in Abuja, stated that this year conference will focus on the current security challenges in Nigeria, with a theme “Media In Times Of Crisis: Resolving Conflict, Achieving Consensus”.

The statement reads in part: “The annual conference also attracts our foreign partners: World Editors Forum , West African Editors Forum , African Editors Forum , International Press Institute and World Association of Newspapers .
