Dominic Ukpong, said on Friday said the recent HIV survey results which indicated that the state has the highest HIV prevalence in the country was a misrepresentation of the issues in HIV rating.
“We deal with the facts. We came into government in 2015, we met HIV prevalence rate of 10.8 per cent which means 10.8 per cent of the people are living with the virus. He added “When we came in, the government was very concerned that we had such prevalence in the state and demanded that we open up another survey.
