The President of the federal republic of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari will be addressing Nigerians on the state of the nation, by 7pm, Sunday, after so much pressure from Nigerians.A lot of Nigerians have been waiting eagerly to hear from the president on the state of the nation and what steps are being taken to curb the wide spread of Coronavirus in Nigeria.
Presidents and leaders all over the world have been briefing the citizens of their countries almost daily, without Nigerians getting to hear any word from their president. Some Nigerian have even assumed that the reason the president is not addressing Nigerians is because he is probably indisposed, some claimed the president is keeping malice with Nigerians, while other said maybe is has also tested positive for the virus, since his chief of staff, Abba Kyari tested positive for the virus.
But we confirmed on Saturday that those assumptions were not true, because the President hosted the Minister of health Dr Ehanire Osagie and NCDC Boss, Chikwe Ihekweazu at his residence in the state house, Abuja, which means that President Buhari is well and doing fine. The health minister and the NCDC boss briefed the president on the current COVID-19 cases across Nigeria: the number of cases recorded so far, those that have recovered and the number of death so far.
So the last video was true that It was recorded.
