The case of Katsina state is of most concern, when the state had no record of the pandemic it was on lock down, now that they have cases the government relaxed the lock down. I wonder the kind of leadership we have in Nigeria.

How are they been confirmed? Is that people are already there waiting to see if it will manifest or they have already submitted themselves for test and now the test turn positive. I don't get it despite the lockdown. Everyday it keep increasing.
