In a bid to foster wholesomeness in more women and provide communal support in all areas of their lives, Blooming Amazons Ministry (BLAM), a for-purpose ministry focused on helping women realise and live their best lives possible, will be holding its maiden fellowship today.

Tagged ‘Haven’, BLAM’s founder, Tolulope Tunde-Ajiboye, said she intends to make the fellowship a monthly affair where young women could safely meet.

She said: “After the annual conference in June last year, I sensed God wanted us to transition from periodic conferencing to a fellowship where we can raise godly women. On my birthday last August, I shared this with a group of women and since then, we have been praying and planning towards this. “Community is so vital especially for women, because it fights against Satan’s main method of attack, which is isolation. If the enemy can emotionally, mentally, spiritually isolate you from other believers and take you on one-on-one, he’ll win, every time.

“I believe this is why God has chosen and anointed me for such a time as this. I encourage young women, wives and mums who desire a community of other Christian women that will be committed to them and vice versa to join this community. Young women need to be mentored, have someone walk with them through the ever-changing phases of life, teach them about living a purposeful life and I believe they would find a safe haven where all these and more would be provided.

Ajiboye added that even as the first session starts today and would hold once a month at The Baptizing Church in Abuja, it was her desire to grow it into a bigger community that would positively enrich the lives of more women all over the country and leave long lasting impact.
