The PDP had asked the tribunal to dismiss Jime’s petition and that of his party for lacking in evidential and material value.

However, counsel to the petitioner, Mr Joe Abagu is contesting the submission of the PDP on grounds that the petitioner sufficiently proved the allegation of over-voting and the inability of the respondents to cross-examine his witness statement as the APC state returning officer.
