Beninese Court Orders Officials To Return Igboho’s Wife’s Passport, Other Documents | Sahara Reporters

A Benin Republic court in Cotonou has reportedly ordered the return of the passport of Ropo, the wife of Yoruba Nation activist, Sunday Adeyemo, also known as Sunday Igboho, as well as other documents seized from them.

Sources at the court told SaharaReporters that the court ruled that all travel documents of the wife and Igboho’s children seized from the duo should be returned to the wife.SaharaReporters had earlier reported that the Cour De’appal De Cotonou would consider Igboho’s bail application by Friday, as he remained in custody.

SaharaReporters had earlier reported that the court on Thursday ordered Igboho’s wife to be released.

It is stipulated in our Constitution that the primary purpose of Nigeria government is to provide security and welfare services to the public but President Buhari and Osibanjo derailed and do not confirm with the law or the chater so they all circumvent it.

If Nnamdi Kanu do not suppose to allowed for extradition, it is again the Extradition act. But Nigeria government do respect the rule of law and our chater. He Harbour too much bandits to weaken our National security system.

Extradition Act give Immunity to any political human right; and beside, no extradition treaty between Nigeria and Benin and the man is not a fraudulent fugitive. If Benin government respect rule of law, Sunday Igboho will be free.

I hope the yoruba leaders will speak on dis issue. Buhari protects fulani's, he has no right to arrest igboho or anyone else
