Angry mob has set two suspected armed robbers ablaze at Sublane Junction in Mosogar Community, Ethiope-West Local Government Area of Delta State.
The suspects had allegedly robbed a truck driver and his wife and dispossessed them of their mobile phones and unspecified amount of money at Uduaka area in the town. During the robbery operation, they attempted to rape the truck driver’s thirteen year old daughter DAILY POST reports.The alarm attracted the angry mob as well as the local vigilante in the Community, who promptly laid ambush in the area.
Minutes later, the suspected armed robbers were apprehended by the angry mob and they were quickly set them ablaze. Stop taking laws into your hands, it's ungodly & barbaric. If you catch someone in contravention of the law, the proper action is to hand him over to the police for prosecution. If you must vent your anger, the best is at our public office holders; they're the real armed robbers.
