Nineteen years old girl, Miss Challotte Delhi, accused of cyber stalking in the sharing of the nude video of a former Permanent Secretary of the Bayelsa State Ministry of Education, Dr. Walton Liverpool, on the social media has been granted bail by a Federal High Court sitting in Yenagoa, the state capital.
After the ruling on bail, the presiding judge ordered commencement of the trial of the accused with the calling of former Permanent Secretary, Liverpool as the first witness. He noted that the nude video allegedly released by the accused had caused him psychological and physical pains.
