No fewer than three ex-Super Eagles players have indicated interest to contest the Nigeria Football Federation presidency, DAILY POST learnt.
Sources within the NFF said that the life span of the current board of the NFF led by Amaju Melvin-Pinnick, comes to an end in September this year. The other two are Jonathan Akpoborie and Idah Peterside who was a former goalkeeper in his playing days. Apart from Akwuegbu, Akpoborie and Peterside who had played for the national team, there are some other people who have shown interest in the NFF presidency.
