The Nigerian airline, Air Peace, has stated that it would commence scheduled flights operations into the Anambra International Cargo and Passenger Airport on Tuesday, December 7, 2021.
The airline’s decision to commence flight operations into the airport followed the recent approval of the airport by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority. This development was disclosed by Air Peace’s spokesperson, Stanley Olisa, in a press statement issued on Saturday. Olisa said, “This is great news for the people of Anambra State as we are launching four flights weekly into the new airport on Tuesday. For a start, we shall be operating on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, and as operations gather momentum, we shall increase frequencies to daily flights”.
The airline’s spokesman further said that passengers can start booking flights via their website or mobile app. He added that Air Peace plans to connect Anambra to other cities asides from Lagos and Abuja.
At what price? It is obvious that we Igbos are our own problem
Its taken the south east governors decades to be innovative which has made it easy for opportunistic Africa diaspora ethnic extremist to brainwash and defocus the south east with ethnic bigotry and converting them to militants and the region a warzone
It's a welcome development but he should also ensure that the flight fare is attractive and affordable compared to other local flights in Nigeria
For how much. Enough is enough, he can't be robbing us in the east to pay for the northern elites approval Mr good man
I will fly to home this December, Aguleri here I come, Am so happy
this is a lovely good news now we can fly home direct
Starting from 60k. What a mess.
