After 10-day delay, National Assembly transmits 2019 budget to Buhari

When contacted on the telephone on Saturday, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on National Assembly Matters , Mr Umar el-Yakub, said the budget had been transmitted.

“First, it was a budget proposal. So, one needs to look at it and see. The National Assembly has passed it. It will go to the President who will analyse it and sign it as usual.” A source in the House Committee on Appropriations had said the bill was transmitted from the committee to the Clerk on Wednesday.

Leadership is politics in its own nature and this can't be new to government

Everything is Politics by 8th assembly under Oppositions.

2019 budget yet to be passed and implemented as at 12th of may, 2019....SMH

I can't wait to see these evil gangs out of the leadership of the NASS. I will even be glad if the 9th NASas reworks that budget.

To the detriment of common people. Bad leaders by God grace will be out to shame.
