He knows all you are going through and He will not forsake you. The Lord will always be good to those who wait on Him and seek Him diligently. Affliction is experienced consequent to the fall of man. Adam and Eve were cursed because they disobeyed God. Hence, man began to live an unaccomplished life until Jesus came to lift the burden. Sin produces afflictions. Those who plow iniquity and sow wickedness will reap the same. The affliction of the wicked shall be in this world and in the world to come. If you are being afflicted for your evil works, you should know it’s high time you returned to Christ. And when you forsake your evil ways, and cry unto Him, He will hear your cry. God will have compassion on you and forgive your iniquity.
