She said this shortly after submitting her expression of interest and nomination forms at the PDP National Secretariat, in Abuja, on Tuesday.

The academic turned politician explained that women have a lot more to give the nation in terms of quality service instead of figurative appointments. According to her, after several years of theorising, she decided to “also come to practicalise it and really get involved in getting women seriously involved in political participation.”
