Let's forget permutations or speculations, there won't be a run off, a clear cut winner will emerge in the first ballot, Atiku and Tinubu will meet the constitutional requirements of 25% of the votes in 24 states, so whoever has more votes between them will have it.

This has been my though ever since,

I hope the plans are not that of a manipulation in the name of runoff because that will be an attempt to test the resolve of Nigerians who are already determined to take back their country from destroyers. INEC should focus on delivering the best elections & not preempt anything.
