The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC), on Tuesday, tackled the Yoruba socio-cultural group, Afenifere, over its refusal to support Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu

The group further noted that Tinubu deserves Afenifere’s support in view of his active role in the struggle for the restoration of democracy in Nigeria.

The group said it believed that Tinubu deserves to reap from the gains of democracy, having sacrificed so much for its realisation. While describing the action of Afenifere as myopic and unpatriotic, MURIC said the group has one or two lessons to learn from the Igbo.

Afenifere leadership is wiser than muric's. Nothing good comes from this man at every point. He's so tribalistic, religiously extremist and self-centered. If the two major political parties should zone their presidential tickets to the south, it'll only ideal it's a Christian

Nothing like supporting somebody, let everyone carry their mom breast, but my advice for Tinubu is to relax his ambition and allow NDIGBO to present their candidate to prove to the whole world that NIGERIA is a one nation to avoid agitation again in 2023.. NDIGBO are due MURIC.

We have nothing to learn from them.

There is nothing to learn. Afenifere is not Ndigbo and Ndigbo is not Afenifere. Period.

This wèrè should be a comedian😂🤣😂🤣

Clowns

We don't want umahi we can manage ayin

The Afenifere leadership is unlettered as far as politics is concerned. That's their problem.
