A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party in Edo State, Barr. Kenneth Imasuangbon, has backed former Vice President of Nigeria, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, to pick the party ticket for next year’s general election.
However, Imasuangbon on Thursday said Atiku remained the best candidate of the PDP to defeat the ruling All Progressives Congress if the party is desirous of winning the election. The former Edo governorship aspirant said Atiku had the prerequisite experience, contacts across the country and had impacted many lives through his many philanthropic works.

If he didn't go on self-exile and became quiet for 3yrs only to wake from coma when election is around. Story for the gods!

What has Atiku ever won?
For a PDP man to say that it is the turn of the north after PMB's 8 yrs is disappointing. The man is a business man looking for who can allow him access to public funds, after failing to win governorship nomination in Edo state several times
