has disclosed that some voter cards from certain migrants were recently intercepted and confiscated, warning that “stiff sanctions await any migrant” who attempts to participate in the nation’s electoral process.
But he said his men are committed to ensuring peaceful conduct of the elections by adhering strictly to its statutory responsibility of safeguarding the nation’s border lines. Mr Idris also directed the activation and deployment of all the migration management and border security assets of the Service to ensure that ineligible persons particularly migrants are not allowed to participate in the nation’s electoral process.
“Therefore, the Service is seizing the opportunity to sensitize its Personnel through their respective Comptrollers on the need for them to remain apolitical before, during and after the elections as members of the Service.”
Can you see that? You will discover that majority of those voting are not even Nigerians. They are paid and sponsored voters.
Immigration officers should tell us who a migrant is. You opened northern borders & admitted Fulani from across Africa as Nigerians. Buhari declared visa fee free for them. 2023 election is now fouled. INEC is aware & will help non Nigerians to vote. Freedom & Self Determination
Someone once hinted that there were PVC registration centers in some countries bordering Nigeria. I don't think that information was consumed. Some people are more Nigerian than Nigerians.
So that’s news?
So why did he refuse to open up about the identity and nationalities of those whom Nigerian voters cards were recovered from? We have the right to know and INEC itself must be investigated for possible compromise.
😆 I am sorry for those making arguments in favour of diaspora voting.
Hogwash Niggeria 2023 election.
😱😱 Migrants get voters card but full blooded citizen like me never collect my own... Inec na una cause this one 😔
