Skyway Aviation Handling Company has declared a dividend of 16.5k per share which is payable less the appropriate withholding tax at the time of payment.

The company said in a statement that the disclosure was made during its 2020 Annual General Meeting, which held at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos on Tuesday.

The meeting was held under strict adherence to government-approved COVID-19 protocols, including social distancing and restrictions on the maximum number of persons at a gathering, the statement said.

The Chairman of the company, Dr Taiwo Afolabi, was delighted to address a large pool of shareholders for the first time, even though it was on a virtual platform.

The Managing Director of SAHCO, Basil Agboarumi, noted that the Single Africa Air Transport Market initiative contributed to the growth of the Nigerian Aviation Industry and Ground Handling sub-sector in 2019.
