Eleven migrants were rescued after they were left stranded, clinging to the rocky cliffside on an uninhabited part of an island in Puerto Rico.
Video shows crews instructing each migrant, telling them to hold onto a life ring wearing a life jacket and jump into the water. Once in the water, the Coast Guard boat crew safely recovered each migrant and brought them onto the boat.
