On Sept. 22, a business owner reported a vehicle that had been parked for about two hours. He said a man inside the car would repeatedly eat, then fall asleep.Police responded and saw a man get out of the car, urinate on the inside and outside of the car and leave.A homeowner called police after the victim knocked on her door asking for help. The man was transported for treatment.On Sept. 21, police conducted a traffic stop.
