The owners of Landsharks spoke with 13News off camera. They say the woman who allegedly had the gun in her shirt should also be held accountable. Landsharks' owners say the surveillance video contradicts what she told police. A spokesperson on behalf of the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission shared the following statement with 13News:
One of the victims, later identified as 36-year-old Tim Brown, died from his injuries, and police believe all the other victims are in stable condition.
