James Gunn has shared the first official look at the DCU's Krypto the Superdog, who will make their official debut in 2025's Superman movie.
Superman will be released in United States theaters in July 2025. Directed by Gunn, the movie will be the first official feature film that is part of the forthcoming
Gunn has now shared a first look at Clark Kent’s superpowered canine, Krypto. Created by Otto Binder and Curt Swan, Krypto first appeared inin 1955’s Adventure Comics #210. Like Superman, Krypto is Kryptonian and possesses similar powers to the Man of Steel.“Krypto arrives on screens in Superman this summer. Krypto was inspired by our dog Ozu, who we adopted shortly after I started writing Superman,” Gunn wrote.
