Drier weather is in store Thursday through Saturday

Severe weather is not expected, but there could be some brief downpours. Highs will reach 74 degrees, and winds will be lighter than yesterday. Showers end tonight, as low pressure moves away. Lows will fall to the low 50s.
Plentiful sunshine is in store Thursday morning, then look for partly sunny skies in the afternoon. A spotty shower is possible, with breezy conditions and highs in the mid-70s. Great weather for the start of the U.S. Women's Open at the Lancaster Country Club. High pressure will move overhead Friday and Saturday, leading to abundant sunshine, low humidity, and dry conditions. Highs will reach 76 Friday and 80 Saturday.
