Sherrod Brown a fourth term in office, or give his seat to Bernie Moreno, a Republican with a very different agenda.
The race between Brown and Moreno has been one of the most-watched in the nation, as a Moreno victory would be a crucial step for Republicans to take control of the U.S. Senate next year. Brown, one of a few Democrats running in states where Trump had won, was seen as one of the most vulnerable seats on the slate this year. He first won election to the Senate in 2006.
